  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7-10 business days within the United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processes but generally take between 10-20 business days.
     

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the shipping costs at checkout before you complete your purchase. For international orders, please note that additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.
 

White Glove Service: At this time, we do not offer White Glove delivery services. For larger or heavier items, we recommend arranging for assistance to bring the equipment inside your home.
 

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, there are some regions we cannot deliver to due to logistical constraints. If your location is affected, our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternative options.
 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Stay Fit Style, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, allowing you to shop with confidence.
 

Return Policy:
 

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@stayfitstyle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
     

Exchange Policy:
 

  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new and unused condition.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at exchanges@stayfitstyle.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on returning the original item and receiving your replacement.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item. However, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item being sent to you.
     

Damaged or Defective Items:
 

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs, for any items that arrive damaged or defective.
